I’m going to show tutorial on Windows 10 but it should be the same on Windows 7
1. Search Control Panel on the search bar
2. Click Clock and Region
3. Click Region
4. Window will pop up, select Administrative tab and then Change system locale.
6. Change it to Japanese and click OK.
